Email account is considered a private & secure property of a person so everything which contains in it should b deemed to belong that person.as every email account holder hv a password so a email can be sent after applying correct password & just account holder is aware about it,now we should admire that an email is sent by intentioly to mention something & reciver takes meaning from it,in this light we are justified to deem email as a document.

Is it not also the case therefore that an unopened email sent your own e address would constitute legal copright.
